The role supervises vendors, directs facility maintenance and repair activities, monitors equipment and preventative-maintenance schedules, manages a CMMS program, and leads a supporting team. The position requires 3–5 years of relevant facilities-management or preventive-maintenance experience, strong industrial and safety knowledge, building-management-system experience, and English-French communication skills.
