Description
The Facilities Management Supervisor oversees the maintenance, safety, and operational functionality of a facility and building systems. The role supervises maintenance personnel, coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, utilities, and other building systems, manages vendors and contractors, maintains records, supports continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. The position requires 3–5 years of facilities or maintenance supervision experience, knowledge of building systems, contractor management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
