The role covers custodial and maintenance planning, service contracts, supply procurement, receiving processes, facility failure response, budget management, team-building events, and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least five years of experience in facilities management, plant maintenance, or industrial operations, along with experience in preventive maintenance, service contracts, and facilities budgeting.
