Description
Lincoln Tech is hiring a Facilities Manager for its soon-to-open Rowlett, Texas campus. The role owns the day-to-day operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical building systems; safety inspections and code compliance; vendor and contractor relationships; procurement and budget management; emergency preparedness; and oversight of wiring, electrical, plumbing, and equipment installation or repair. Candidates need hands-on building-systems knowledge, three years of facilities or building management experience, an associate's degree or equivalent experience, and familiarity with fire safety, OSHA standards, emergency preparedness, and campus safety software. The position offers a $60,000–$65,000 salary, medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and holidays.
