Description
The Facilities Manager oversees building systems, security, access control, vendor and landlord management, life-safety compliance, disaster planning, purchasing, equipment life cycles, and office operations across multiple facilities. The role includes daily walkthroughs, safety inspections, after-hours emergency response, access-card management, and coordination with internal and external teams. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 5+ years of facilities or building-operations experience; the compensation is $125,000–$150,000 with health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid-time-off benefits.
