Description
The Facility Manager oversees day-to-day operations and mission-critical infrastructure for multiple client facilities, including safety, client relations, budgets, emergency response, preventive maintenance, shutdown programs, CMMS audits, SLA compliance, and contractor oversight. The role manages a team of maintenance technicians, assistant facility managers, workplace experience staff, coordinators, and outside contractors, and requires strong electrical and mechanical systems knowledge, CMMS experience, and substantial management experience. Compensation is $98,000 annually, with a 401(k) match and comprehensive benefits.
