Description
The Facilities Manager will independently handle technical faults and maintenance across a Marriott hotel, service plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and fire-protection systems, perform minor joinery, painting, plastering, and tiling, monitor outdoor areas and workplace safety, coordinate external contractors, and respond to emergencies. The role requires a completed trade or technical apprenticeship or several years of building-services or facilities-management experience, broad practical technical ability, German proficiency, and flexibility for occasional weekend and on-call work.
