ALDI is hiring a full-time Facilities Manager to oversee repair and maintenance expenditures, supervise maintenance across up to 150 store locations, support sustainability and carbon-reduction initiatives, and make facilities decisions in coordination with operations and leadership. The role is fully remote with regular travel to assigned store locations, requires an associate's degree and at least five years of progressive facilities or construction-management experience, and offers a starting salary of $103,500 plus benefits.
