Axon is hiring an East Coast Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance, repairs, building systems, vendors, compliance, budgets, sustainability, and space planning across multiple East Coast office, warehouse, and manufacturing locations. The role is based in Scottsdale, Arizona; Atlanta, Georgia; or Sterling, Virginia, with up to 40% travel and a hybrid schedule requiring onsite work Tuesday through Friday. It requires at least five years of progressive facilities experience, CMMS familiarity, and strong cross-functional collaboration; a bachelor’s degree and CFM certification are preferred. The base pay range is $93,300 to $149,280 USD, with medical, dental, and vision plans.
