Description
CACI is seeking a full-time Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, functionality, upgrades, repairs, and compliance of organizational facilities. The role includes supervising laborers, managing commercial contracts, interpreting structural and power systems, coordinating power-generation and generator, HVAC, UPS, and plumbing inspections, and leading facility improvements. Candidates must have ten years of experience in power systems, high-voltage equipment, electrical switchgear, and UPS systems, four years of facilities-contract experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. The position may not be filled immediately because it is contingent on funding, but applicants may be considered for other CACI positions.
