Description
The Facilities Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of a facilities department, including building systems, preventative maintenance, work orders, inspections, utilities, safety, emergency response, renovations, construction, vendor and contractor management, budgeting, inventory, and project documentation. The role supervises facilities supervisors, technicians, and support staff, provides coaching and performance feedback, and collaborates with other departments. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with at least five years of facilities, engineering, maintenance, or construction experience and three years of supervisory or management experience. The salary is $80,000.00 USD.
