Description
The Facilities Manager oversees the care, upkeep, safety, maintenance, events, administration, housekeeping, grounds, security, and facility operations of a 50+ acre broadcast campus with five main and five auxiliary buildings. The role supervises facilities staff and volunteers, coordinates with ministries, contractors, and vendors, manages work orders and the campus facilities budget, supports emergencies and events, and ensures compliance with safety and OSHA requirements. The position is full-time and salary-exempt, reports to the Campus Pastor, and requires at least five years of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and a valid Florida driver's license.
