Description
The Facilities Manager oversees the management, maintenance, and operational readiness of headquarters and remote yard facilities, including fleet, equipment storage, and support infrastructure. The role manages resources, develops policies, monitors performance, leads teams, ensures compliance and safety, supports strategic planning, and prepares for emergency response events. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least five years of facilities management experience, experience managing multiple locations, and knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and facilities management software. The position involves periodic travel to yard locations in Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh, Mississippi, and Connecticut, extended hours during storm events, and a combination of office, warehouse, and outdoor yard environments.
