Description

Colorado Mountain College is hiring a Facilities Manager to oversee facilities management, maintenance, custodial services, grounds, safety, utilities, contractors, construction coordination, work-order systems, space and parking, budgeting, compliance, and emergency on-call services for a non-residential campus in Colorado. The role supervises or coordinates staff and contractors, requires relevant education and experience or equivalent, involves travel and variable hours, and offers an annual hiring salary of $88,663.76 to $98,515.29 with medical, dental, and vision benefits. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree plus one year related experience, associate degree plus three years related experience, high school diploma/GED plus five years related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
Required Previous Experiences: Related facilities management, maintenance, or equivalent experience: one year with a bachelor’s degree, three years with an associate degree, or five years with a high school diploma/GED.
Preferred Qualifications: Facility management or sustainability certification such as CFM, SFP, FMP, or CEFP.
Bilingual English/Spanish or conversational language ability.
