Cowboy Space Corporation is hiring an experienced Facilities Manager to lead operations at its new Kent-based facility. The role oversees HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems; vendor relationships; OSHA, fire-code, and environmental compliance; security programs; facility modifications and capital projects; budgets; cleanroom and laboratory support; and space planning. Candidates need at least seven years of facilities management or building operations experience, complex building-systems expertise, vendor and budget management experience, and strong cross-functional communication skills.
