Description
Cranbrook Educational Community is hiring a Facilities Manager to lead campus-wide building maintenance, electrical, locksmith, carpentry, painting, and fire-system operations. Reporting to the Director of Operations and collaborating with the HVAC Manager, the role oversees employees, budgets, vendors, compliance, emergency response, and continuous improvement. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least seven years of progressive experience in fire monitoring systems and general building maintenance, three years of supervisory experience, and factory training and certification in fire alarm systems. The starting salary is $80,000 or more annually, with medical, dental, life insurance, disability, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
