Description
The Facilities Manager oversees the maintenance, operation, reliability, and continuous improvement of a manufacturing facility and its production support equipment. The role leads five maintenance technicians, manages building systems and utilities, coordinates with landlords and vendors, supports capital projects, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. It requires at least five years of tooling, maintenance, or facilities leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with assembly operations experience preferred.
