Echodyne is hiring a Facilities Manager to lead the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of its facilities portfolio supporting manufacturing, engineering, laboratory, and office environments. The role owns building infrastructure, maintenance, BMS, capital projects, budgets, vendor management, compliance, and cross-functional coordination with teams such as Manufacturing, Engineering, EHS, IT, Security, Supply Chain, and HR. The position requires strong experience in facilities management or engineering in complex technical environments, a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, and 7+ years of progressive experience. The role is exempt and offers a salary range of $124,733 to $187,048 USD plus full-time employee benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
