Description
Egis is hiring a Facilities Manager to oversee the management, maintenance, utilities, safety, sustainability, budgets, and operational readiness of KMTR facilities and support services across the DRC and Zambia. The role also supervises human resources, subcontractors, and spare parts, manages outsourced service providers, and leads the facilities management team. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or Engineering and at least 8 years of facilities or property management experience, including experience with industrial, infrastructure, mining, or large operational sites.
