Description
The Facilities Manager will oversee the maintenance, safety, appearance, and reliable operation of European Wax Center’s multi-state corporate portfolio. The role manages preventive and reactive maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, security, pest control, janitorial, and general building repairs; coordinates vendors, contractors, landlords, and internal stakeholders; monitors budgets and expenses; supports openings, remodels, relocations, and capital projects; and provides facilities support to franchisees. The position requires at least five years of experience in facilities management, property management, maintenance, construction, retail operations, or a related field, with multi-location and multi-state experience preferred, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
