It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus five years of building maintenance, repair, construction, or facilities development experience, including three years in a supervisory capacity, along with a driver's license and CPR, AED, and BLS certifications. The salary range is $93,077.50 to $127,981.57, and the position may require emergency reassignment, weekend and evening work, and overtime.
