Description
Foundational is hiring a full-time, on-site Facilities Manager to establish and operate a new London facility, including a workshop, labs, and cleanroom. The role owns the fit-out, cleanroom and laboratory infrastructure, health and safety compliance, maintenance, utilities, security, access, budgets, suppliers, and space planning. Candidates should have facilities management experience in industrial, manufacturing, laboratory, or engineering settings, knowledge of UK health and safety law, and experience managing fit-outs or refurbishments; cleanroom, laser safety, and building services experience are advantageous.
