Description
The Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining Four Seasons’ facilities, buildings, grounds, parking lots, and mechanical systems; overseeing repairs, inspections, cleanliness, safety, compliance, emergency response, renovations, budgets, supplies, and facility audits; and leading, mentoring, and coordinating the Facilities Team, technicians, volunteers, and vendors. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, related facility-maintenance courses or experience, at least five years of general maintenance experience, and at least three years of facilities management experience, with healthcare, leadership, and licensed-tradesman experience preferred.
