Description
The employer is seeking a Facilities Manager to independently own the full facilities function for a large, multi-format retail precinct in Western Sydney. The role covers compliance, contractor management, tendering, CMMS maintenance planning, budget and OPEX tracking, capital works planning, tenant liaison, and board reporting, while also supporting the precinct’s planned expansion. Candidates should have proven experience managing a large or complex built asset, with retail or mixed-use experience preferred.
