Jump Trading Group is hiring a Facilities Manager to own maintenance, operations, and performance of current and future New York City offices, including mission-critical systems such as UPS, HVAC, generators, and building management systems. The role involves leading internal and external teams, managing vendors and budgets, ensuring compliance with NYC building and safety regulations, and contributing to the design and operation of a new 100,000 sq ft office. The position requires extensive facilities management experience in a large NYC commercial office environment, strong technical and leadership skills, and offers a base salary of $175,000 to $225,000 USD plus benefits.
