PacArctic, LLC is seeking a Facilities Manager with a Secret security clearance to lead mission-critical Operations and Maintenance for a government customer at the Mark Center in Alexandria, Virginia. The role oversees facility operations, system uptime, incident response, preventive maintenance, subcontractor performance, budgets, staffing, and customer reporting, with a Monday-through-Friday schedule and possible on-call availability. Candidates need a high school diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and 15+ years managing government programs in mission-critical O&M environments.
