Description
The Facilities Manager oversees the maintenance, safety, repairs, inspections, vendors, contractors, and improvement projects for company-owned properties and facilities. The role supervises maintenance technicians, manages preventive maintenance schedules and facility work requests, coordinates building-system and grounds maintenance, evaluates contractors and bids, monitors vendor performance and costs, and supports facility budgeting and capital-planning decisions.
