Lighthouse Electric is hiring a full-time Facilities Manager based in the Pittsburgh area to provide centralized leadership for facility operations across seven locations in three states. The role combines functional leadership with hands-on oversight of maintenance, building systems, security, janitorial services, space planning, vendor relationships, budgets, contracts, capital projects, and facilities technology. The manager will coordinate with company leadership, internal teams, facility contacts, landlords, contractors, and service providers, while traveling up to 30% to support locations in Columbus, Ohio and Richmond, Virginia.
