McArthurGlen is hiring an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of its designer outlet centre in Vancouver. The role leads facilities operations, contractor management, health and safety, compliance, sustainability, capital projects, and support for tenant openings, refurbishments, and store transitions. Candidates should have facilities or property management experience, knowledge of health and safety and compliance requirements, experience managing contractors, budgets and projects, and strong stakeholder management and communication skills; retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is preferred.
