Midtown is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead engineering/maintenance operations, focusing on safety, security, and asset protection. This role involves managing budgets, overseeing preventative maintenance and energy conservation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading the emergency response team. The Facilities Manager will conduct daily walk-throughs, partner with stakeholders, optimize equipment usage, coordinate vendor contracts, and foster talent development within the Facilities team.
