Description
The Facilities Manager will lead the safe, compliant, reliable, and efficient operation of a Clifton Park manufacturing facility, including utilities, production support equipment, building infrastructure, maintenance, vendors, capital projects, safety, and operational budgets. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, troubleshooting of industrial and automated equipment, CMMS and vendor management, and coordination with manufacturing, engineering, quality, EHS, and site leadership. It requires at least seven years of progressive facilities, industrial maintenance, facilities engineering, or manufacturing experience, along with leadership, mechanical and electro-mechanical, safety, and manufacturing-systems expertise. The estimated base salary is $119,000 to $146,300, with variable cash programs and benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage.
