Skydio is hiring a Facilities Manager to lead the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of its aerospace manufacturing facility. The role oversees building systems, utilities, preventive and predictive maintenance, emergency response, EHS compliance, waste management, vendor and contractor management, facility and capital projects, budgets, and business continuity. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of facilities, plant engineering, construction, or building operations experience, and at least three years leading facility operations, projects, vendors, or technical teams. The annual base salary range is $131,000 to $168,000, with equity, health insurance, paid leave, holiday pay, and a 401(k) plan.
