SMTC Corporation is hiring a Facilities Manager in Melbourne, Florida to lead the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of a high-reliability electronics manufacturing facility. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance of building systems, utilities, production support equipment, and grounds with leadership of preventive and predictive maintenance programs, contractor and vendor management, capital projects, budgets, and the Environmental, Health & Safety function. The manager will also oversee EHS compliance, support manufacturing readiness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The position requires 7–10 years of progressive facilities, industrial maintenance, or manufacturing facilities experience and 3–5 years of leadership experience, with an associate's degree preferred.
