Description
The role plans, directs, and controls the company's administrative management and facilities operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, vehicle fleets, furniture, supplies, office and store renovations, cleaning, and technical maintenance. It is responsible for operational continuity, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and working conditions across business departments. The position requires a bachelor's degree in an engineering or related field, at least five years of general-services or facilities-management experience, at least three years leading teams, nationwide site and store visits, and a valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in administration, operations, or an MBA. The role also requires knowledge of office maintenance, facilities management, vendor and contract management, budgeting, industrial safety, renovations, Oracle ERP, advanced Excel, data analysis, and related competencies.
