Description
The Facilities Manager will oversee life-safety compliance, vendor and contract management, facilities condition, corrective actions, training, and capital projects across TREK Development Group’s portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Facilities & Capital Strategy, the role partners with Regional Managers, manages HVAC and non-HVAC maintenance functions, escalates risks and capital needs, and supports complex portfolio-level emergencies. The position requires at least three years of facilities, building systems, or property operations experience, knowledge of HVAC and life-safety systems, vendor-management experience, and the ability to travel regularly and work in mechanical rooms and on rooftops.
