The Facilities Manager will manage restaurant facilities projects, including repair and maintenance reviews, bid reviews, construction and repair coordination, contractor scheduling, emergency maintenance, preventive maintenance, equipment reallocation, and material estimating. The role requires extensive commercial and multi-unit facilities management experience, hands-on repair work, project management software proficiency, strong organizational and communication skills, and travel of up to 50%.
