The role requires a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 12 years of experience managing technical teams responsible for electrical, mechanical, and controls infrastructure, and experience mentoring managers. Preferred qualifications include mission-critical systems operations, cross-business-unit collaboration, data-center systems knowledge, team development, and leadership skills. Compensation is $205,000–$285,000 USD plus a 25% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
