Spirit AeroSystems is hiring a Facilities Manager to support production flow and manage facilities assets, processes, equipment reliability, work teams, training, and cross-functional project planning. The role requires at least two years of relevant aerospace or manufacturing experience, team-management experience with 20 or more employees, leadership experience, manufacturing and production-metrics experience, Microsoft Office experience, and flexibility for second, third, or alternative work-week shifts. The position offers a summary pay range of $78,650 to $120,600 and includes eligible health insurance and other benefits.
