Guardian Service Industries is hiring a Maintenance Manager to oversee repairs and maintenance across flooring, carpeting, painting, plastering, drywall, wall coverings, appliances, windows, doors, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, porter maintenance, and recordkeeping at a high-end social club and residential community in midtown Manhattan. The role also supervises and directs handypersons and contractors, handles front-of-house client and contractor liaison meetings, and requires Monday–Friday scheduling, FDNY fitness certificates when requested, computer skills, ladder-climbing ability, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. The salary is $90,000.
