Description
The HVAC and Mechanical Facilities Manager leads the operational health, maintenance, reliability, safety, compliance, and improvement of HVAC, plumbing, building management, and mechanical systems across multiple semiconductor or electronic manufacturing plants. The role supervises contractors and technicians, coordinates shutdowns and design changes, supports production needs, and requires a mechanical engineering degree, 5–10 years of facilities experience, and HVAC technical leadership competency.
