LotusWorks is hiring an Operations Technician to support the daily operation, maintenance, preservation, and safe-state verification of critical equipment in a high-tech semiconductor facility. The role involves responding to equipment shutdowns and alarms, performing rounds and readings, documenting activities, collaborating with engineers and vendors, and escalating issues as needed. Candidates may be entry-level or have 3–10 years of experience in operations, maintenance, or technician roles in semiconductor, manufacturing, or industrial facilities. The schedule is 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. with a 30-minute break, rotating Sunday through Tuesday and every other Saturday.
