Description
The Facilities Operations Manager will support the Marietta, Georgia office and Chemical Insights Research Institute facilities by managing office and laboratory maintenance, logistics, HVAC and other mechanical systems, vendor relationships, project tracking, chemical waste, safety compliance, and business continuity. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least 10 years of office or facilities management experience, and at least 5 years working with specialty building mechanical systems. The salary range is $67,319.32-$92,564.06.
