The On-Site Manager serves as the primary client representative for an assigned territory, managing client retention, contract compliance, quality assurance, staffing, billing, payroll, and operational oversight. The role leads Night Managers and field staff, coordinates service schedules and special projects, and requires frequent travel between client locations.
