Harvard University is hiring a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee maintenance, operations, contract management, building-system performance, renovations, emergency response, and vendor oversight for assigned facilities in the Longwood Medical Area. The role requires a bachelor's degree and eight years of progressively responsible facilities-management experience, including building-systems diagnosis, contract administration, and project familiarity in a research-based or related environment. The position works 35 hours per week, may require weekend and holiday work, and includes a rotating on-call schedule; it is hybrid and does not offer visa sponsorship.
