Fresh Direct is hiring a permanent Facilities Operative in Bicester, Oxfordshire, working 40 hours per week from Thursday to Monday, 06:00–14:00. The role covers outdoor and indoor building and yard maintenance, BRC, food safety, and health and safety compliance; gatehouse supervision of suppliers, visitors, and contractors; basic painting, delivery handling, cleaning, litter picking, groundskeeping, watering, and plant and shrub maintenance. A counterbalance licence is advantageous but training can be provided, and the position includes a basic salary of £29,199, holiday allowance, pension, and product discounts.
