Description
JRC is seeking a Facilities Planning & Programming Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency’s Facility Life Cycle Management projects. The role covers real property acquisition, MILCON advance planning, infrastructure programming, global siting analysis, technical and design review, facility lifecycle support, interagency coordination, program and budget documentation, executive-level reporting, policy compliance, and records management. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, planning, or a related field, at least 12 years of relevant facilities or defense infrastructure experience, defense-agency or federal-program experience, strong analytical and briefing skills, and an active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
