Description
The Facilities Plant Operator will operate and monitor electromechanical plant and building systems across assigned facilities, including HVAC, air-conditioning, cooling, and BMS systems. The role involves routine inspections, fault identification, maintenance escalation, operational logging, and coordination with engineers, supervisors, and technicians. Candidates need a technical qualification in air conditioning, mechanical, or electromechanical disciplines, at least five years of relevant experience, and three years of plant-operator experience in schools and kindergartens.
