Description
Medtronic is hiring a Capital Projects Manager to lead facilities, real estate, construction, and workplace projects across the full lifecycle, including business case development, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, occupancy, and closeout. The role manages remote and local teams, external consultants, contractors, and service providers; oversees budgets, risk, forecasts, and financial performance; and coordinates with facilities, real estate, engineering, quality, IT, legal, manufacturing, and other stakeholders. The position is based onsite at the North Haven Facility for at least four days per week, with 25–50% travel, and requires a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of facilities program management experience or a master’s degree with 3+ years of experience. The disclosed U.S. base salary range is $106,400 to $159,600, with health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
