Altrecht is hiring a Facilities Project Manager to lead facilities projects in the Utrecht region, with Zeist as the permanent base. The role manages projects from preparation through completion, including renovations, relocations, and clinic changes; coordinates users, internal stakeholders, colleagues, and external suppliers; and monitors schedules, budgets, and progress. Candidates need higher professional education, project management experience, preferably in healthcare, strong communication and organizational skills, and a proactive customer-oriented approach. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €4,000 to €5,294 based on 36 hours per week, along with vacation, pension, health insurance, and other benefits.
