HealthPartners is hiring a Facilities Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and lead facility projects from concept through closeout and warranty. The role leads design, planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, vendor evaluation, capital planning, and coordination of non-construction items for remodels, renovations, and new construction. It requires a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, interior design, or architecture, or five years of equivalent experience, plus 3–5 years of construction project management experience and familiarity with building codes, scheduling, budgeting, and collaboration.
